Stuff happens, we get it. If you are unhappy with your purchase or for some reason change your mind about the purchase, we're here to help. Please Contact Us and we'll work with you to make things right. 

Ship us your unopened item(s) within 30 days of receipt of the shipment and we will give you a full refund. No questions asked.

While our fulfillment center is highly sophisticated and order accuracy rate exceeds 99%, mistakes can happen on the rare occasion. Again, contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the package and we'll arrange for the return of the package with a prepaid shipping label. Meanwhile, we'll ship out the correct item(s) and make sure you get it ASAP!

Items that Arrive Broken or Damaged

While we try our best to pack products as adequately as possible, we're all familiar with how packages can be handled while in transit. Contact Us within 30 days and we'll arrange for the return of the package with a prepaid return shipping label. Meanwhile, we'll ship out a new item to make sure you get it ASAP. 

Return Process:

1. Please contact us at A returns representative will review the return request and you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number upon approval. 

2. Once you receive your RMA number, pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging (unless too damaged and unusable) to ensure product safety during the return shipment.

3. Place your package in your mailbox or drop off at your local Post Office. All returns will be through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

4. Once we receive the returned product(s), any refunds due or exchanges will typically be processed within five (5) business days.
